WHAT THE HECK?



     The Cylon is the first disciple of the Daily #downPAINment, the recognition that it takes daily discipline in diet and exercise to look like ropy lean robotic Death-Coyote, like the whatever-the-hecks from Battlestar Gallactica.

     A man would pretty much have to be in The League and getting paid and trained to be a cylon. In fact, that's where the idea came from. During the Giants/Pats Super Bowl, PBo suddenly became overwhelmed by the frightening visual of the Giant's D-line and tweeted out "Tuck and crew look a bunch of old-school cylons".  And a good idea was born.

     All men want to pull off their shirt and look like Osi, but we generally lack two things: 1) Osi's genetics, and 2) the time and professional guidance guys in The League get in the training room and the training table. Since there is nothing we normal guys can do about the genetics part, The Cylon chose to focus on the training part.

     Because Diet is King and Exercise is Queen, we focus on food first. The Cylon follows THE PINCH, the diet techniques developed and continually mastered by the Campos' own Pinch. The Cylon, being simple minded, just tries to boil them down a bit.

     The exercise part of the #downPAINment is THE HERD. Unless injured, The Cylon works out every day and THE HERD is the word. The Cylon is wide open on THE HERD--he'll try anything (once) to get the #downPAINment, and the results of all that trying are what you'll find in THE HERD.
